Thank you for your interest in joining AID Coaching and supporting its work. The following are the basic requirements for coaches to join the AID Coaching roster:
International Coach Federation (ICF) certification or EMCC EIA certification or evidence that you have completed an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)
Former USAID experience of any hiring mechanism
Ability to provide at least nine hours (3 clients x 3 hours each) of pro bono coaching within a calendar year. If you continue with the client in a paid capacity after three sessions that rate will be agreed upon between coach and client.
