Effective Date: September 17, 2025
By joining any AID Coaching program or service, including the 1:1 coach matching platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
AID Coaching provides:
Matching services for 1:1, peer, and group coaching
Workshops, learning sessions, and leadership development
Career transition support
Community and professional support for coaches
Pro Bono Coaching: Clients are typically offered three (3) free sessions. Coaches must commit to serving at least three (3) pro bono clients per year.
Priority Clients: Pro bono and reduced-rate services are prioritized for those facing financial hardship, for instance former USAID staff, federal employees, contractors, implementing partners, and other professionals affected by recent staffing cuts (i.e. from nonprofits, universities, and multilateral agencies). While we prioritize pro bono services for those in the above listed categories, we welcome coaching clients from all backgrounds.
Continuing Beyond Pro Bono: Coaches and clients may agree to extend coaching, either pro bono or paid, at their own discretion. Paid engagements are handled directly between coach and client.
Coaches and clients may contract directly using their own agreements.
Rates are set by the coach and client, though AID Coaching encourages affordable and equitable pricing.
AID Coaching is not a party to paid coaching agreements and bears no responsibility for outcomes, disputes, or conduct.
AID Coaching only facilitates connections; we do not supervise coaching sessions or guarantee results.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, HR, or legal/financial advice.
The coaching relationship exists solely between coach and client.
AID Coaching, its partners, and sponsors are not liable for outcomes, disputes, or damages arising from coaching engagements.
