What unites our coaches is more than training. It is experience. Many of these professionals have been providing executive leadership and career transition coaching within the context of complex global challenges for years. Their coaching is grounded in empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of what it means to face acute disruption and loss. And what it means to rebuild. Our Coaches understand that when major career changes occur, clients are looking for more than purely technical or tactical strategies, they are looking for people who understand them, can hold space for them, and help them to focus on their strengths and assets that each person brings from their own unique professional and personal experience. Our coaches help clients build confidence and strategies to move forward amid unprecedented upheaval and uncertainty.

Coaching really helped me to work through some important questions I had as I entered a (literally) pivotal moment in my career transition. Being able to talk through my considerations with a like-minded professional was so helpful as I shaped my own thinking and strategy, transitioning to my next job search. I felt great after our sessions, like I was making progress and heading down the right path.

My one-on-one coaching sessions were truly the highlight of each week. I found myself looking forward to the space my coach created—a space where I could share openly, reflect deeply, and push myself to grow, both personally and professionally. Each session was equal parts laughter and insight, vulnerability and strength. I am profoundly grateful for this support during what has been one of the most challenging transitions of my life: navigating the unexpected and painful end of my career with USAID.
